  • Free pickup, packing and delivery if the chair requires factory service or replacement for select iJoy Chairs and Human Touch Massage Chairs.
  • No deductibles, No Service Charges for the term of your Plan.
  • Warranty is Transferable.
  • Ease, convenience and affordability

In the rare instance that something goes wrong with your chair, an extended warranty provides the peace of mind that a consumers purchase will be covered by Human Touch® after the standard warranty expires. An extended warranty will also provide the purchaser with access to our extended service hotline, ensuring that authorized personnel perform repairs using approved methods and materials.

The extended warranty program provides the following enhancements within the United States and Canada1 from the chair's original date of purchase for the indicated costs:

Extended warranty purchases are available within 90 days of purchase of your Chairs from either the retailer or direct from Human Touch's Customer Service Department.

  1. Canadian In-Home Service is only available in major metropolitan areas. Human Touch is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees associated with the import or export of products covered under this warranty program.
  2. Warranty upgrades are not available for products used commercially. Coverage, availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. Human Touch may subcontract the performance of its obligations under the warranty to a third party, but shall not be relieved of its obligations thereby.
