The following return policy applies to all items purchased from the Human Touch® website:
If for any reason you are less than completely satisfied with your Human Touch massage chair or Human Touch massager purchase, just return it to us within 14 days of receipt, in the original packaging in "like-new" condition, and we will exchange it, or refund the price that was paid, less a 15% restocking fee. Please obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our Customer Service department prior to returning your item, as we will not process any returns without a valid RMA. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
