Simply order any of our impressive lineup of high-quality, innovative massage chairs or Perfect Chair recliners online and we'll ship it free. If you're not satisfied in any way with your chair's wellness, relaxation and stress-relief advantages, simply let us know within the 90-day trial period and we'll pick it up and refund you for the full purchase price.*
*The 90-day Better Back or Give It Back Guarantee is available only on massage chairs and Perfect Chair recliners purchased directly from the Human Touch website at full retail price. Please note that if you purchased a full-retail-price item in connection with a promotional item, both products must be returned in saleable condition with all original packaging content, components and accessories in order to receive a refund. Please obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our Customer Service department prior to returning your item, as we will not process any returns without a valid RMA. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.**

If for any reason you are less than completely satisfied with your Human Touch targeted relief, accessories and effortless exercise product, just return it to us within 30 days of receipt, in the original packaging in "like-new" condition, and we will exchange it, or refund the price that was paid. If you purchased an item with a free promotional item, both products must be returned in order to receive a refund. Please obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our Customer Service department prior to returning your item, as we will not process any returns without a valid RMA.
