As the spread of the COVID-19 virus continues to impact everyone around the world, Human Touch® is 100% committed to the global responsibility to contain this pandemic and make sure we are doing our part by working together in a time of great uncertainty. We want to continue to serve our customers as long as we are able, and will remain open online to provide wellness products through HumanTouch.com.
We have taken the following measures to ensure the health and welfare of our employees, their families and the community of our home office operations here in Long Beach, CA:
* All employees that are able to work from home have been provided the necessary hardware and connectivity to do so as we follow state mandated guidelines to shelter in place.
* Our warehouse will remain open as we continue to fulfill customer orders. We have rolled out measures consistent with CDC guidelines to ensure the safety, cleanliness and disinfection of the workspace for our employees.
* We are shortening operational hours during this emergency and likely through the summer. Our Customer Experience team is now operating from 7:00AM to 4:30PM (Pacific Daylight Time) Monday through Thursday only.
These are uncharted and often stressful times. For over 40 years, our mission has been to provide products and experiences that deliver life changing benefits. We feel this is even more important now as people try to find comfort and ways to de-stress within their own homes. In light of this, for all items purchased between April 1 – April 30, 2020, we will extend our return policy to 60 days from delivery to give you more flexibility on your purchase.
