"Good chair. It says it works for 5' tall individuals but I am 5'3 and cannot use the leg massage on my calves. It would also be nice to be able to cause the chair to sit a bit more upright (like a normal chair) as well as recline as that helps shorter folks too. I would not purchase again but would look for one that works better for shorter people. I had an older version and it was perfect so I hoped this would be too but over 15 years lots have changed."

"This is our second chair. The first being purchased about 22 years ago. It died and was irreparable and so we bought the new one to replace it. This one is nearly as good as the first. I don’t like the calf massager quite as much as the older chair but this one reaches down deeper than the older so I guess that’s a good trade off. My back is grateful!"

"I have bone marrow cancer and serious back pain because of it. I was paying someone to come give me a massage weekly because of my pain. Now I sit in the chair for 15-30 minutes and the pain subsides greatly. We only get one body and we spend money on things we don’t need. This is a must have for anyone whose suffering with pain. I would buy it again if anything ever happens to the chair I have now."

What types of delivery options does Human Touch offer?
We offer free 'To Your Door' shipping for all products that are purchased on the Human Touch website. This option includes delivery to any first-floor entrance to your home, at which point you may receive it and move it into the perfect indoor location. For those who prefer to let us do the heavy lifting, you can upgrade your purchase to White Glove delivery for an added cost. With this service, the item will be delivered inside your home on any first-floor location, fully assembled, and all packaging materials removed so that you can get straight to enjoying your purchase! For both options, the final delivery station will call you ahead of delivery to coordinate a time that works best for you to receive the item.
How long will my product delivery take?
Delivery transit time depends on your location, and can be impacted by external factors such as weather or holidays. Most deliveries take as little as 2-3 weeks, however if the delivery address is in a remote location or if inclement weather causes delays, it might take longer. If 3 weeks have passed and you have not gotten a call from the freight carrier to schedule a delivery time, feel free to submit a ticket to our Customer Experience team by clicking here and we'll get back to you as soon as possible with an update.
What is the best way to clean my chair?
Before You Start:
1. from the electrical outlet before cleaning.
2. When cleaning the controller or power switch, use a dry cloth only. Never use a damp cloth to clean the controller or power switch.
3. Be sure to test any cleaning solution on a small, inconspicuous part of the product to ensure that the color does not fade prior to using the solution on the entire product surface.
4. Do not use benzene, thinner or any other solvents on your product.
Cleaning Code Standard for SofHyde or Cloth: W
To maintain your Human Touch product in optimum condition, dust it frequently and/or vacuum it with a soft brush vacuum extension. If your product becomes dirty, use a water-based upholstery cleaner only. To treat stains, spot clean with an upholstery shampoo or a mild detergent foam.
Caring for Leather Upholstery:
Natural leather is a breathing, porous material similar to human skin, and is susceptible to staining due to absorbing dirt, sweat, moisture, oil and grease (e.g., hair products and skin lotions). Do not allow these elements to come into direct contact with the upholstery. To help prevent normal leather cracking and drying, and help prevent staining, apply a high-quality leather cleaner and conditioner at least every three months; this will revitalize and reseal the leather surfaces. Follow the product label instructions carefully; Human Touch is not responsible for third-party products.
