Human Touch Shipping Policies

Human Touch offers free shipping on all of our products anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. There are two types of shipping available:

Standard Shipping:

• We deliver the boxed product right to your door.
• Standard shipping is on all products. For an additional charge, you may opt for white glove delivery service for any type of massage chair or zero gravity recliner.

White Glove Delivery:

• We do everything for you so you can start enjoying your new massage chair or any other product you have purchased right away! This includes delivery, unpacking, assembly and positioning of the product so you don’t need to worry about any of the menial work yourself.
• Note: The following five massage chairs include white glove delivery as part of the purchase price: HT-1650, HT-7450, HT-5040, HT-5320, and HT-7120.
