Program Description

Human Touch, LLC provides SMS messaging to customers who have opted to receive text communications related to their interactions with Human Touch.

Messages may include customer service updates, warranty and service claim information, technician scheduling, parts and shipping updates, delivery information, product support, requests for additional information, and other communications related to an existing Human Touch customer inquiry or service request.

Human Touch Customer Experience SMS is intended primarily for customer service and transactional communications.

Message frequency varies depending on the customer's inquiry, service request, claim, order, or other interaction with Human Touch.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and wireless service plan.

Opting Out

You may opt out of Human Touch SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a Human Touch text message.

After submitting STOP, you may receive confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.
