Where is the AI feature on my chair?
The AI-powered personalization is part of an upcoming software update that will be delivered directly to your chair. It is currently being finalized and will be available soon.
I thought this chair had AI. Why isn't it working yet?
Super Novo 3.0 is designed to evolve over time. Our all-new AI-powered experience, an enhancement to our voice assistant, Virtual Therapist®, is one of the new capabilities being introduced through a software update, which will be delivered automatically to your chair once it is ready.
Will I have to pay for the AI feature later?
No. Virtual Therapist AI is included with your Super Novo 3.0 and will be delivered to your chair through a software update.
What will the AI feature do?
Virtual Therapist AI will allow you to describe how you are feeling, such as after a workout or a long day, and your chair will recommend a personalized massage tailored to your needs.
When will Virtual Therapist AI be available?
The update is currently in development and will be released in the coming months. As soon as it is ready, it will be sent directly to your chair.
Do I have to connect to Wi-Fi?
Connecting to your Wi-Fi is not required. However, connecting your Super Novo 3.0 to your Wi-Fi enables you to use the AI features and any available software updates.
Can I save my massage settings/preferences?
No. You can save up to 4 AI-generated massage programs as they were originally generated. Any changes made during the massage will not be saved.
Can I play my own audio through the chair?
Yes. Navigate to Settings > Bluetooth Audio Control to connect to your device.
