Please note that our warehouse will be closed for inventory review from January 2nd through January 9th, 2026. We will not be shipping any orders during this time. Any items purchased during this period will be shipped out when we resume our normal shipping schedule on January 12th, 2026.

Please check our holiday shipping schedule below for the last day to ship for anticipated arrival before December 25th, 2025. Note that orders typically take 2-3 processing days prior to being shipped, so be sure to order early and avoid the rush!

Important Note
: Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and are subject to change due to weather or staffing conditions. All delivery estimates also depend on the timely coordination for a final delivery appointment between the carrier and the customer. 


Human Touch offers free shipping on all of our products anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States.

For all web and phone orders, Human Touch will provide complimentary Threshold Delivery of your chair. This includes calling to schedule a delivery time and placing the chair at your front door (first floor only) at no additional cost.

For added convenience, Human Touch also offers the option to upgrade all chair deliveries to White Glove service, which includes delivery to the first floor, chair assembly in the room of your choice, and removal of all packaging so you can start to enjoy your new chair!

NOTE: In most cases, any delivery that includes one flight of stairs is included in our White Glove Delivery service. However, multiple floors/flights of stairs may incur an additional cost. Please call our Customer Experience department to describe any special delivery instructions.

Small products such as Perfect Chair accessories and Reflex products are usually delivered via UPS ground.

Please note that we can only ship to a physical street address and cannot ship products to post office boxes.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska: Please call for a quote.
