Can’t get anyone out of the chair.

We purchased ours at Costco for a huge discount. Absolutely LIFE CHANGING. One of the best purchases we've ever made. Family of 4, use it every day. Be sure to get the version 2 with the updated firmware that has "Audio Sync" capability - it lets you bluetooth link the chair to your phone, tablet, TV, etc and the audio will be routed to the chair's JBL speakers. I purchased one of these HT Novo Flex yesterday after a short test drive the day before. I live with varying degrees of back pain and spend a fair amount of money on massage therapy. 10 minutes on the flex, on power level 1, left me feeling the kind of relief I get after a 60 minute massage. We've had a Human Touch chair since 2006. The cover was getting very worn and we decided to upgrade to the newest model. The salesperson was very helpful and delivery and setup went perfectly. The fingertip and corded controls are easy to use and the chair adapts quickly to the different heights of family members. We're still working through the various massage options and can't wait to try the Virtual Therapist feature. We are thoroughly enjoying the new options and couldn't be more pleased!

Purchased the chair recently and our family is in love with it, the auto massage functions are great but what I really like are the manual spot massages you can have chair give. What sold us on chair were it designed and engineered in the USA, the 5 year warranty if purchased through Costco and the sales rep. Salesman Bobby sold me Novo 2.0 chair back in February 2024 in two years of ownership. I’ve had no problems with this chair! All the different massage programs on this chair are outstanding! And the five year warranty is superior to any other massage chairs warranty! Anytime I’ve had a question about the Novo 2.0 massage chair, Bobby’s always been there for me! I have had other massage chairs in the past and none of them come close to the superiority of the Human Touch Novo 2.0 massage chair!
