Human Touch Shipping Policy
Please note these temporary updates to our Shipping Policy, effective April 10, 2020.
Due to supply issues brought on by the coronavirus epidemic, we will have limited product availability over the next few months. As we continue to sell in-stock items, our inventory will be temporarily constrained as we wait for our overseas factories to return to normal production. As of now, we are projecting new shipments of products to arrive at our warehouse by the middle of May 2020. This a general estimate that will vary by product and fluctuate in response to the evolving conditions and supply chain impacts.
Please also note that due to COVID-19 preventative measures, many areas across the country have implemented contactless delivery in order to protect both the delivery personnel and our customers. Therefore, some regions may experience a hiatus in White Glove delivery options, and will require contactless delivery instead.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we all work through this public health emergency. During this time, our employees will be working on a more limited schedule.
Our Customer Experience team will be available Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time), and will be closed on Fridays.
Human Touch offers free shipping on all of our products anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States.
For all web and phone orders, Human Touch will provide complimentary Threshold Delivery of your chair. This includes calling to schedule a delivery time, and placing the chair just inside your door (first floor only) at no additional cost.
For your convenience, Human Touch offers complimentary White Glove Delivery on all Ascent Series chairs (Novo, Novo XT, Novo XT2, Super Novo, Sana and Bali), AcuTouch 6.1, Gravis ZeroG Chairs, and our Perfect Chair zero gravity recliners. White Glove includes delivery to the first floor, chair assembly in the room of your choice, and removal of all packaging so you can start to enjoy your new chair!
NOTE: In most cases, any delivery that includes one flight of stairs is included in our White Glove Delivery service. However, multiple floors/flights of stairs occasionally require special delivery services which may incur an additional cost. Please call our Customer Experience department to describe any special delivery instructions.
Small products such as Perfect Chair accessories, foot and calf massagers and other CirQlation products are usually delivered via FedEx ground.
Please note that we can only ship to a physical street address, and cannot ship products to post office boxes.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska: We are unable to ship to Hawaii at this time. For shipments to Alaska, please call for a quote.
