Human Touch Shipping Policy

Please note these temporary updates to our Shipping Policy, effective November 9, 2020.

Please note that due to COVID-19 preventative measures, many areas across the country have implemented contactless delivery in order to protect both the delivery personnel and our customers. Therefore, some regions may experience a hiatus in White Glove delivery options, and will require contactless delivery instead. Due to increased shipping volume, some orders may be delayed. 

We will also have limited product availability for some products over the next few months. This will vary by product and fluctuate in response to the evolving conditions and supply chain impacts.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we all work through this public health emergency.

During this time, our Customer Experience team will be available Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm PST and Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm PST.

2020 Holiday, Warehouse Shipping & Receiving, and Inventory Closure Schedule. 

Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, November 26, 2020 – This is a scheduled company holiday, all operations are closed. 

Thanksgiving Holiday Schedule – Friday, November 27, 2020 – This is a scheduled company holiday and most company functions will be suspended including our customer and technical support.  

Wednesday, December 16, 2020 – This is the last planned day to receive returned product (RMA) for 2020. This will allow time for returns to be processed and issued before December 31, 2020. All other RMA’s in transit and received after this day will be received in January, after the warehouse is reopened. 

Christmas Holiday Schedule – Thursday, December 24 & Friday, December 25, 2020 –These dates are a scheduled company holiday, all operations are closed. 

Thursday, December 31, 2020 – This is the last day for shipping prior to our annual inventory audit warehouse closure.

New Year's Day – Friday, January 1, 2021 – This is a scheduled company holiday, all operations are closed. 

Monday, January 4 to Thursday, January 7, 2021 – Annual inventory audit. No shipping or receiving is planned during this week until approved for operations to resume.

*Please note that shipment times are not guaranteed, and may be subject to carrier delays based on the region of delivery. Hawaii and Alaska shipments are not included in this chart/dates since they are not part of the 48 contiguous US, and customers must request a shipping quote. All dates are subject to change based on the needs of the business. 

Human Touch offers free shipping on all of our products anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States.

For all web and phone orders, Human Touch will provide complimentary Threshold Delivery of your chair. This includes calling to schedule a delivery time, and placing the chair just inside your door (first floor only) at no additional cost.

For your convenience, Human Touch offers complimentary White Glove Delivery on all Ascent Series chairs (Novo, Novo XT, Novo XT2, Super Novo, Sana and Bali), AcuTouch 6.1, Gravis ZeroG Chairs, and our Perfect Chair zero gravity recliners. White Glove includes delivery to the first floor, chair assembly in the room of your choice, and removal of all packaging so you can start to enjoy your new chair!

NOTE: In most cases, any delivery that includes one flight of stairs is included in our White Glove Delivery service. However, multiple floors/flights of stairs occasionally require special delivery services which may incur an additional cost. Please call our Customer Experience department to describe any special delivery instructions.

Small products such as Perfect Chair accessories, foot and calf massagers and other CirQlation products are usually delivered via FedEx ground.

Please note that we can only ship to a physical street address, and cannot ship products to post office boxes.
